At the September 24, 2026 Open Meeting, the NMPRC issued a Final Order approving the Uncontested Stipulation for SEC's 2018 Rate Case. The stipulation was accepted by all parties including SEC, NMPRC, and all intervenors in the case. A letter to SEC Members explaining this will be issued soon.
