System Charge: On all Large Commercial Installations of 50 KVA and over: $35.00/Mo
Plus a demand of: $12.00/kVA
Plus an energy charge of $0.0556/KWH
Minimum charge: Minimum charge shall be $35.00 plus the Contracted Demand x $12.00

Power Factor should be maintained as near utility as practicable.
The measured KW Demand shall be increased 1% for every percent that measured Power Factor falls under 95%.

NOTE: Fuel and Purchase Power Cost Adjustment, Debt Cost Adjustment, and Special Tax and Assessment Adjustments will be included where applicable in the above Schedule
