Minimum charge: $9.00 per month with no KWH allowance.

System charge-commercial consumers: $11.85/Mo.

Energy Thermal Storage Units (ETS):
System charge: $10.50/month

Energy charge:
6:00 A.M. TO 9:00 P.M. $0.1125/kWh
9:00 P.M. TO 6:00 A.M.: $0.049/kWh

Minimum charge: $10.50 per month or minimum charge established by special contract between consumer and utility.
